I was really nervous going in and kind of expected to be owed an apology if it turned out as bad as I imagined. But the procedure was way easier than I thought. There was some pressure and a few weird moments, but no real pain. The staff helped me stay calm the whole time, which I really appreciated...

The staff were really nice, professional, and helpful, which I appreciated. That said, the wait was a bit longer than I expected, so I left with mixed feelings overall. Good service once I was helped, just wish it had moved a little faster.

I was really impressed with how clean and well-kept the clinic was. Everything felt fresh and organized, which made the whole visit feel comfortable and stress-free!

I had my appointment at LASIK MD the wait was way better than I thought it would be. I showed up a little early and they called me in close to my actual time. There was some waiting between the different steps, and I did have that kind of stuck/trapped feeling where you’re just sitting there wondering how much longer it’ll be, but it never got too bad. I just found the appointment went by really quickly, and I didn’t get much of a chance to ask questions or really talk things through. The staff were fine, just seemed busy. Overall, the expertise was there, but it felt more like a fast clinic visit than a personal care experience. Not sure if that’s just how these appointments usually go?

Booking my appointment on lasikmd.com was painless. Everything was clear, and I loved being able to see the available times without having to make the dreaded phone call. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because some of the slots were already taken, so I had to settle for a later date than I was hoping for, a small heartbreak. Still, the confirmation came through quickly, and the whole process made total sense.

My vision has definitely improved, which I’m grateful for, but I’m still dealing with some annoying side effects like dry eyes and halos at night. It’s been a bit frustrating, honestly. The follow-up appointments were professional enough, but they also felt kind of rushed, so I didn’t always feel like my concerns got as much attention as I expected.

It wasn’t a bad experience, but it didn’t totally win me over either. I left still thinking things through and not feeling 100% ready to book the procedure yet.

They even called to check how I was doing afterward. I mean, it just— it really made the whole recovery feel a lot less stressful.

I was definitely a little nervous going in, but by the next day I could already read signs and use my phone without reaching for my glasses. It still feels kind of strange waking up and being able to see clearly right away, but in the best way. Really glad I went through with it.
